Acceptable formats:
Excel Spreadsheet: any current or past version is acceptable.
Text File: a simple text file is acceptable provided individual fields and entries are distinguishable (must be separated by comma, tab, semi-colon, etc).
CSV File: must be formatted as the above text file.
Other Formats: We may be able to accept other formats. Please contact us to find out.
